Registration categories

The registration fees for the following categories: delegates, retired person, young professionals, full-time students, and teachers include:

• a congress badge,
• congress publications (online access only),
• congress bag,
• admission to the plenary program,
• access to all scientific and technical sessions,
• access to the exhibition hall,
• the welcome reception,
• and the opening ceremony.

To register as a student, young professional, teacher, or retiree, you will need to upload the required supporting documents:

Student: under 35 years old, proof of full-time enrolment in a recognized university or college, and ID/passport
Young professional: under 35 years old, ID or passport
Teacher: document from your organization confirming your status
Retiree: document confirming your status

Press:

Important notice: although credentialed press can access Technical Sessions as observers, they are forbidden to present papers.

Accompanying Person:

The accompanying person is defined as a spouse, civil partner, or translator. Maximum 1 (one) per full-paying Delegate, Retired, or Young Professional. Includes: Admission to the exhibit hall, plenary program, the opening ceremony, and the welcome reception. It DOES NOT include access to the technical sessions.
