Call for Volunteers IAC2022 in Paris!

Volunteers are needed from Thursday 15 to Thursday 22nd September.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for volunteers who have the time, dedication, and enthusiasm to assist us in delivering a successful international event. You must be at least 18 years old and have a minimum level of advanced English (B2 level of CECRL).

We would particularly encourage students, young professionals, and people interested in the aerospace and scientific dimensions to apply as volunteers.

Volunteers will receive:

  • Free registration to the congress after a minimum of 16 hours of volunteering over the entirety of the congress,
  • A free Navigo Easy transportation pass: 10 trips offered to all volunteers,
  • A lunch voucher of EUR 15.00 including VAT, if your shift lasts 8 hours or more.

A general briefing, as well as task-related briefings, will be given to the volunteers on site.
